Hermann Kühne (judge)

Hermann Kühne (born November 12, 1819 in Magdeburg , † January 25, 1887 ) was a German judge.

Kühne studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-University . In 1843 he became active in the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . From 1849 to 1861 he was a member of the royal district court Greifswald. In 1875 he became President of the Greifswald Court of Appeal . When the Court of Appeal was dissolved as a result of the Reich Justice Acts on October 1, 1879, the city of Greifswald made him its first honorary citizen on September 17, 1879 . Then he was appointed president of the Higher Regional Court in Celle .
