Hermann Klingenberg
Hermann Klingenberg (born March 8, 1908 in Schwonendahl ; † February 27, 1982 ) was a German politician ( SPD ). From 1967 to 1971 he was a member of the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament .
Life and work
After completing elementary school , Klingenberg completed training in agriculture , as a weaver and as a merchant . In 1938 he made his name as a producer mats weaving independently . From 1940 to 1945 he had to do military service in World War II and was taken prisoner by the Soviets .
He was married and had four children.
politics
Klingenberg had been a member of the SPD since 1924. After the end of the war he became politically active again and in 1946 became a community representative in Friedrichsgabe . From 1949 to 1960 he was honorary mayor of the municipality. He was later elected to the district council of Pinneberg , where he was a member of the district committee and deputy district administrator .
At times he was a member of the Pinneberg SPD party executive. In addition, he was a member of the state board of self-employed workers and on the supervisory board of the economic and development company of the Pinneberg district.
In the state elections in Schleswig-Holstein in 1967 , Klingenberg was elected to the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament as a direct candidate for the SPD in constituency 21 (Pinneberg-Ost). He was a member of parliament from May 16, 1967 to May 15, 1971 and was meanwhile a member of the Economic Committee.
In 1968 he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon .
