Hermann Surprising
Hermann Wrthil (born July 15, 1879 - † November 9, 1950 ) was an Austrian athlete .
At the Summer Olympics in Paris in 1900 , he was sixth in the 1,500-meter run and fifth in the 2,500-meter obstacle course .
From 1920 to 1938 and from 1945 to 1950 he was President of the ÖLV . He was also President of the Vienna Cricket and Football Club before World War II .
