Hermila García Quiñones

Hermila García Quiñones (born September 23, 1972 in Los Garcia, † November 29, 2010 in Los Garcia) was a Mexican police chief.

Life

Hermila García Quiñones first studied information technology and computer technology in Delicias , then law at the Centro de Estudios Universitarios del Norte . She served in the Delicias Attorney General's office for five years. In addition, she was involved in various public offices.

García was elected as Director of the Department of the City Public Security Meoqui 9 October 2010 and was also Chief of Police of the city Meoqui in Chihuahua state . She was the first woman in this position in Mexico.

On November 29, 2010, she was assassinated. She was single and childless.
