Hernán Darío Muñoz
Hernán Darío Muñoz Giraldo (born January 5, 1973 in Rionegro , Antioquia ) is a former Colombian cyclist .
Hernán Darío Muñoz began his career in 1996 with the Gobernacion de Antioquia-Loteria de Medellin cycling team . In 2000 he moved to Colchon Relax-Fuenlabrada and two years later he went to Colombia-Selle Italia . Here he won a stage in the Tour de Langkawi in 2002 and was able to win the overall standings. The following year he secured another stage win in Langkawi before moving on to 05 Orbitel . After successes in smaller races in America, Muñoz only signed a contract with an international team, the Movistar Continental Team, in 2011 .
