Herodion of Patras
Herodion of Patras was one of the seventy disciples .
Life
He is mentioned in Romans ( Rom 16.11 EU ), where Paul calls him his relatives. Herdion is said to have become bishop of Patras , Patara or Neai Patrai in Thessaly, where he was subjected to persecution by Jews. After all, he was executed by the sword. Herodion is venerated as a saint ; his feast day is April 8th .
