Hervé Gaguenetti

Hervé Gaguenetti (born January 10, 1967 ) is a French guitarist of gypsy jazz .

Live and act

Gaguenetti, who comes from a Manouche family and had no formal music lessons, is the cousin of Ritary Gaguenetti . Since 2001 he has worked as a rhythm guitarist in his quintet, which has recorded several albums, initially Fara Ap Raïza (on the Passavant label). International tours and other albums such as Ma mélodie (2004), Maïjee (2006) or Gipsy Soul (2009) followed, some with different line- ups .

In 2010 Ganguenetti recorded the album Une histoire en cours… Django Reinhardt Tribute with the trio of Matcho Winterstein . In 2015, the album The Three Gypsy Patrons was created in London's QuecumBar with Aurelien Bouly and Ducato Piotrowski and trumpeter Sid Gault . He can also be heard on Denis Chang's album Nature Boy (2007). He wrote the title Chouka .
