The Herveys Range Developmental Road is a trunk road in the east of the Australian state of Queensland . It runs in a west-east direction and has a length of 137 km. It connects the Bruce Highway and the Flinders Highway in Townsville with the Gregory Developmental Road .

The continuously paved road leaves Townsville to the west and crosses the Herveys Range .

On the western flank of the mountains it leads down into the valley of the Burdekin River , which it also crosses. Approx. 20 km southeast of the Bluewater Springs Roadhouse it meets the Gregory Developmental Road (S63).
