The Herzog-Albrecht-Anlage is a historic city park in the Herzogpark district in Munich 's Bogenhausen district . Located between Mauerkircherstrasse, Vilshofener Strasse, Schönbergstrasse and today's Isarring , the roughly rectangular park is around 150 by 230 meters in size and is the “green center of the residential area, which has been prominent from the start”.

The green area was named after the Bavarian Duke Albrecht IV . It has had its current name since 1952; previously the name "Herzog-Albrecht-Platz" was used. The construction of this square (already a park at that time) was approved by the city's magistrate in 1913. In addition to the city, the Terrain-Aktiengesellschaft Herzogpark München-Gern and a residents' committee financed the costs. The responsible landscape architect was the city gardening director Jakob Heiler .

In the tree-lined park there is a sculpture ("Hunter with Dog") by the local sculptor Ernst Moritz Fischer, which is registered under the file number D-1-62-000-7236 in the list of architectural monuments in Bogenhausen .
