The Hewitt Glacier is a 15 miles long glacier on the Shackleton Coast of the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It flows from the eastern slopes of the Holland Range between Lewis Ridge and Mount Tripp into the Richards Inlet of the Lennox King Glacier .
It was named by participants in a campaign carried out from 1959 to 1960 as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition after Leonard Rodney Hewitt (≈1913–1964), head of Scott Base in 1959.
