Hi [...] was a 3rd century Roman mosaicist .

Only the first two letters of the artist's name are known through an incomplete signature of a mosaic that was found in Vlisiparra (near Enfidha ) in Tunisia . It is dated to the first half of the 3rd century AD, which also allows the lifetime to be set around this time frame. The mosaic showed simple geometric patterns and belonged to the thermal baths of Vlisiparra. Today it is in the Archaeological Museum in Sousse .
