Hideo Ōshima ( Japanese 大 島 秀 夫 , Ōshima Hideo ; born March 7, 1980 in Gunma Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Ōshima learned to play soccer on the school team at Maebashi Ikuei High School . He signed his first contract with the Yokohama Wings in 1998 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1998 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . In 1999 he moved to league rivals Kyoto Purple Sanga . In 2001 he moved to the second division Montedio Yamagata . For the club he completed 166 games. In 2005 he moved to the first division club Yokohama F. Marinos . For the club he completed 112 first division games. In 2009 he moved to league rivals Albirex Niigata . For the club he completed 66 first division games.
