Hideo Tanaka ( Japanese 田中 英雄 Tanaka Hideo ; born March 1, 1983 in Kumamoto Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Tanaka learned to play soccer on the school team at Ozu High School and the university team at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya . He signed his first contract with Vissel Kobe in 2005 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2005 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . At the end of the 2006 season, the club rose to the J1 League. At the end of the 2012 season, the club rose again from the J2 League. In 2013 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League. For the club he completed 233 league games. In July 2014 he was loaned to the second division club Kyoto Sanga FC . For the club he completed 12 league games. In 2015 he returned to Vissel Kobe. For the club he completed 32 first division games. In 2018 he moved to Tegevajaro Miyazaki . In July 2018 he moved to the second division Kamatamare Sanuki . For the club he completed 13 league games. In 2019 he moved to FC Tiamo Hirakata .
