Higasi-Hamna Ike ( Japanese 東 ハ ム ナ 池 'Eastern Harbor Lake' ) is a small lake on the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located on the southern foothills of the Langhovde .

Surveys and aerial photographs were taken by participants in a Japanese Antarctic expedition that ran from 1957 to 1962 . Japanese scientists named it in 1973 based on the name of the Hamna Icefall .
