Hikaru Mita ( Japanese 三 田 光 Mita Hikaru ; born August 1, 1981 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Mita learned to play soccer on the school team at Kokugakuin Kugayama High School . He signed his first contract with FC Tokyo in 2000 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2002 he moved to the second division club Albirex Niigata . In 2003 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League. For the club he completed 75 league games. In 2005 he was loaned to the second division club Vegalta Sendai . He played seven league games for the club. In 2006 he returned to Albirex Niigata. For the club he completed 28 first division games. In 2008 he moved to the second division club Shonan Bellmare . For the club he completed 17 league games. In 2009 he moved to league rivals Tokushima Vortis . For the club he completed 49 league games. In 2011 he moved to league rivals FC Gifu . For the club he completed 44 league games. At the end of 2012 he ended his career as a football player.
