Hilding Kjellman

Hilding Kjellman (born May 22, 1885 in Uppsala ; † July 17, 1953 ibid) was a Swedish Romanist and Provençalist with 17 years of experience as the President of the Government.

life and work

Kjellman did a lot for sport and tourism. He was a Knight of the Legion of Honor and recipient of numerous awards. In 1928 he was accepted into the Kungliga Vetenskaps- och Vitterhetssamhället i Göteborg , and in 1944 into the Kungliga Humanistiska vetenskapssamfundet i Uppsala .

Hilding Kjellman was the son of the botanist Frans Reinhold Kjellman (1846–1907).
