Hillerstorp is a place ( Tatort ) in the Swedish province of Jönköpings län and the historic province of Småland . It is located in Gnosjö municipality near the Store Mosse National Park .

The name is first recorded in 1399 as Hillistorpi and a little later as Hildolffstorp (1407). At that time it referred to a village north-west of today's place and is composed of the old Swedish male name Hildolf and torp for new building.
