Hilton Edwards
Hilton Edwards (born February 2, 1903 in London , † November 18, 1982 in Dublin ) was an Irish actor and theater director .
Life
Edwards worked as an actor after leaving school. He was seen in various films of the 1950s and 1960s, including Captain Lightfoot , David and Goliath , The Vicious Circle and Half a Sixpence . Edwards founded the Gate Theater in Dublin with his partner Micheál Mac Liammóir .
