Hinrich Vogelsang
Hinrich Vogelsang (born January 16, 1956 in Westrhauderfehn ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Labor Court .
Live and act
After completing his legal training, Vogelsang joined the justice service of the State of Lower Saxony in 1983 and was appointed as a judge at various labor courts. In September 1996 he became director of the Emden Labor Court . In 1998 he became the presiding judge at the Lower Saxony State Labor Court . In February 2008 he became its vice-president. In 2013, Vogelsang was awarded the title of Dr. by the University of Hanover with the labor law publication "Remuneration protection for flexible, variable working hours". iur. PhD.
Vogelsang has been a judge at the Federal Labor Court since November 1, 2015 . He was assigned to the 8th Senate , which was primarily concerned with compensation for damages and transfers of operations .
