Hiroshi Hayano ( Japanese 早 野 宏 史 , Hayano Hiroshi ; born November 14, 1955 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player and coach.
Career
Hayano learned to play soccer on the school team at Ikuta High School and the university team at Chūō University . He signed his first contract with Nissan Motors in 1978 . In 1983 and 1984 he was runner-up in the Japan Soccer League with the club . In 1983 and 1985 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . For the club he completed 79 first division games. At the end of 1985/86 he ended his career as a football player.
