Hiroya Oku
Hiroya Oku (奥 浩 哉 Oku Hiroya, born September 16, 1967 ) is a Japanese mangaka . He is the creator of various manga series.
Create
Hiroya Oku's best-known series, also published internationally, include Gantz and Last Hero Inuyashiki , which appeared in Young Jump magazine and were implemented as anime and real- life films . In addition to these, the Manga Gigant was also translated into German. All of his series are aimed at adults. For Bandai-Namco's fighting game Soulcalibur IV , he designed a character named Shura.
In 1988 he won the second prize at the Youth Manga Awards under the pseudonym Yahiro Kuon.
