HistoriKa25 is a compilation of historical maps published by the Land Surveying Office of North Rhine-Westphalia (now Cologne District Government ) in a series of 270 CDs . The series was presented by Interior Minister Ingo Wolf on August 1, 2006 with reference to the 60th anniversary of the founding of the state. All issues were available at the beginning of 2008.

The map material is based on the section of the topographic maps on a scale of 1: 25,000 and covers an area of ​​around 130 km². There are mostly 15 maps from the past 150 to 200 years, including the Prussian first recording , Prussian new recording and partly also topographical recording of the Rhineland . The maps can be displayed side by side and semi-transparent one above the other.

The resolution of the maps is 400 dpi . The files are in the ".HIL" format. The software was developed by Hermann Josef Hill from Koblenz .

On January 1, 2009, production, distribution and sale ceased by order of the Ministry of Interior .

On July 7th, 2009 the distribution and sale of the product under the name TK25History see was started by the company Hill, Koblenz.
