Hitomi Nakano (born November 23, 1990 ) is a Japanese long jumper .

Athletic career

Hitomi Nakano gained her first international experience at the Junior Asian Championships 2006 in Macau , where she won the silver medal with a width of 5.94 m. In 2007 she took seventh place at the Youth World Championships in Ostrava with 6.14 m and was seventh with the Japanese sprint relay (1000 meters) in 2: 12.45 min. In 2019 she reached fifth place with a jump to 6.10 m at the Asian Championships in Doha .
