Hitoshi Nakata ( Japanese 中 田 仁 司 Nakata Hitoshi ; born January 17, 1962 in Osaka Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player and coach.
Career
Nakata learned to play soccer on the school team at Nihon University High School and the university team at Tokai University . He signed his first contract with Fujita Industries in 1984 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . In 1985 and 1988 he reached the final of the Imperial Cup . At the end of the 1989/90 season, the club was relegated to Division 2. For the club he completed 66 league games. In 1991 he moved to league competitor Otsuka Pharmaceutical . At the end of 1993 he ended his career as a football player.
