The house is halfway up the banks of the Isar on a road closed to through traffic, which leads north from the center of Thalkirchen to Wolfratshauser Straße ( B11 ).
history
The house was built in the third quarter of the 19th century. It was rebuilt around 1895 and fundamentally renovated in 1996.
description
The house is a two-storey building with a floor area of around 20 × 8.5 meters. It has a gable roof and a transverse gable at its southern end .
