The building is located on the east side of Hohen Strasse at its northern end in the center of Prettin.

Architecture and history

The core of the representative town house goes back to the second half of the 17th century. The massive two-story building is covered with a mansard roof. On the street side there is a biaxial mean risalit . At the end of the 19th century, the design of the plaster facade was changed. There is a gate on the left.

In the local register of monuments , the community center is listed as an architectural monument under registration number 094 35266.

Originally the address was Hohe Straße 11.
