High mountain (district)
Hoher Berg is a district in the Lower Franconian district of Miltenberg in Bavaria . It lies entirely in the area of the municipality of Altenbuch . It is named after the high mountain of the same name in the center .
The area in the Bavarian Spessart is not populated and almost completely forested and was a 3.31 km² municipality-free area until August 1, 2008 .
