La Table is a French municipality with 448 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It is located in the Arrondissement of Chambéry and the canton of Montmélian (until 2015 La Rochette ).

La Table is about 27 kilometers east-southeast of Chambéry . La Table is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villard-Léger and Champlaurent in the north, Bourget-en-Huile in the east and northeast, Saint-Alban-d'Hurtières in the east, Le Verneil in the south, Valgelon-La Rochette (with Étable ) and Rotherens in the southwest and Villard-Sallet in the west.
