La Chapelle-Blanche is a French municipality with 561 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It is located in the Arrondissement of Chambéry and the canton of Montmélian (until 2015 La Rochette ). The inhabitants are called Chapelains .

La Chapelle-Blanche is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villaroux in the north, Détrier in the east and northeast, Le Moutaret in the southeast, Saint-Maximin in the south and southwest, Laissaud in the west and Les Mollettes in the northwest.
