La Trinité is a French municipality with 345 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It is located in the Arrondissement of Chambéry and the canton of Montmélian (until 2015 La Rochette ). The inhabitants are called Trinitains .

La Trinité is about 24 kilometers east-southeast of Chambéry . La Trinité is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villard-d'Héry in the north and west, Hauteville in the north and northeast, Betton-Bettonet in the northeast, Villard-Léger in the east, Villard-Sallet in the south and Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy in the southwest .
