Saint-Christophe

Saint-Christophe (also: Saint-Christophe-la-Grotte ) is a French municipality with 531 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It belongs to the canton of Le Pont-de-Beauvoisin (until 2015 Les Échelles ) in the Arrondissement of Chambéry and is a member of the Cœur de Chartreuse community . The inhabitants are called Saint-Christolins .

Saint-Christophe is about 18 kilometers southwest of Chambéry . Neighboring municipalities of Saint-Christophe are Saint-Pierre-de-Genebroz in the north and west, Saint-Jean-de-Couz in the east and northeast, Corbel in the east and southeast, Saint-Christophe-sur-Guiers in the south and les Échelles in the west .
