Arvillard is a French municipality with 418 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Savoie in the region of Auvergne Rhône-Alpes (before 2016 Rhône-Alpes ). It is located in the Arrondissement of Chambéry and the canton of Montmélian (until 2015 La Rochette ).

Arvillard is about 26 kilometers southeast of Chambéry . Arvillard is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Valgelon-La Rochette and Presle in the north, Saint-Rémy-de-Maurienne in the east, La Chapelle-du-Bard in the south and Détrier in the west.
