The Holden Beck is a watercourse in Lancashire , England . One of its source streams, Threap Green Brook , rises east of Slaidburn and flows south.
Another inflow creates the Holden Beck near Dugdales and flows further south until it flows into the Skirden Beck near the village of Holden . It flows through Alder House Wood and Clough Wood. Between Mear Gill and Holden, Holden Beck becomes Mear Gill. In addition to the Holden Beck, Kirk Beck, Bier Beck, Monubent Beck, Grunsagill Beck and New Gill Beck are further tributaries in the Skirden Beck.
