Holschentor community center
The Holschentor community center is located in the old Holschentor school at Talstraße 8 in Hattingen-Mitte opposite the Holschentor, which is no longer in existence today .
It is a school building built in 1868. It was an elementary school, later a primary school and until 2013 a special school. Today it is used as a community center .
On May 18, 1983, the building was entered in the list of architectural monuments in Hattingen (A-141). Hillsche Garten adjoins it to the south .
