The Holst Point is a headland at the Graham Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It lies at the head of Beascochea Bay and divides it into two side arms.
Participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1937) led by the Australian polar explorer John Rymill mapped them for the first time. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1959 after the Norwegian biochemist Axel Holst (1860-1931), a pioneer in the field of scurvy research .
