history

In 1367 the Kastl monastery received the Burkertshof from the brothers Wilhelm and Heinrich die Loterbecken. In 1427 the court appears in the Salbuch of Duke Johann as "Burkhartshoff" and around 1550 in the Salbuch of the Palatinate Office of Haimburg as "Purgckhardshoff". When in 1639 the ducal government of Amberg requested reports from its subordinate offices about the availability of troops in the individual places for winter quarters, the Haimburg Burkertshof office did not name it, probably because it was deserted as a result of the Thirty Years War . Later it was settled again and divided: Towards the end of the Old Kingdom , around 1800, the wasteland consisted of two half-courtyards, each with a female servant family. The high and low jurisdiction was exercised by the Haimburg Nursing Office, which was last run in personal union with the Pfaffenhofen Nursing Office.

In the new Kingdom of Bavaria (1806) Burkertshof belonged to the tax district Sindlbach , when the community was formed around 1810/20 it belonged to Sindlbach, which in addition to Sindlbach and Burkertshof also included Bischberg and Langenthal , and since April 1, 1939 also Haimburg and the Gebertshof neighboring the Burkertshof . This community was subordinate to the district court Kastl in the district office Velburg .

In the course of the regional reform in Bavaria , Sindlbach and with it Burkertshof were incorporated into Berg on May 1, 1978.

As an alternative to milk production, a biogas plant was built by the young farmer Robert Hirschmann in Burkertshof in 2009.
