Holsterhausen (Herne)

Holsterhausen was an independent municipality and is now a district of Herne .

The former rural community of Holsterhausen belonged to the Herne office until 1875 , to the Wanne office until 1891 and to the Eickel office until 1926 . In 1910 Holsterhausen was incorporated into the municipality of Eickel, in 1926 with the Eickel office it became the new independent city of Wanne-Eickel and in 1975 it became part of the city of Herne.
