The Holt Nunatak is a striking and 830 m high nunatak on the Nordenskjöld coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises on the northeast bank of Larsen Inlet .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey was surveyed between 1960 and 1961 for its mapping. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1964 after the Holt Manufacturing Company from Stockton , which began with the commercial manufacture of tracked vehicles in 1906 and which later became the Caterpillar company .
