Home staging is the professional adaptation of rooms in an apartment or entire real estate for sales promotion. This adaptation includes the targeted use of furniture, color, light, wall and floor design. Buildings that are prepared for sale with home staging are also called sets, following the creation of illusions in the film industry.

philosophy

Home staging is a mix of sales technique and interior design with the goal of selling a house or condo in a shorter period of time and with more proceeds than conventional methods. We try to give the property a flair that appeals to the widest possible range of potential buyers.

The first step is to optimize the first impression , remove any clutter, "clear out" the apartment and clean it thoroughly. Then dominant pieces of furniture are removed and stored, and direct measures are taken that flatter the eye of the future buyer. You should enable him to start setting up his own furniture as soon as he enters the respective room. For this reason, personal belongings of the current apartment owner are only used as an accessory and not for the comfort of the same.

history
