The Hon Kwok City Center ( Chinese  漢 國 城市 商業 中心  /  汉 国 城市 商业 中心 , Pinyin Hànguó Chéngshì Shāngyè Zhōngxīn , Cantonese  Hon gwok Jung sām ) is a skyscraper in the southern Chinese city ​​of Shenzhen . It was built between 2010 and 2017 and is located at the intersection of Shennan Boulevard (深南 大道) and Fuming Street (福明 路) in the Futian district .

The complex takes up a floor area of ​​7,844.9 square meters. It comprises a base with six above-ground and five underground floors and an office and residential tower with 75 floors. The building has a usable height of 302.2 meters, the total height is 329.4 meters. A total of 171,179.6 square meters of usable space was created, of which 17,293.6 square meters were used for commercial space, 18,828 for office space and 84,657 square meters for residential space.

The original plan was for four years of construction between December 2008 and December 2012 and project costs of 680 million yuan .
