The Honolulu Hale ( Hale means in Hawaiian , house ') in Honolulu ( Hawaii ) is the official county seat of Honolulu County . Honolulu Hale, which opened on November 26, 1929, houses the Mayor and City Council chambers.

It was built by the architects CW Dickey, Hart Wood, Robert G. Miller, Guy Rothwell and Marcus C. Lester in the Italianate and modern Spanish colonial style and has four floors, the front of the Punchbowl Street, based on medieval designs Tower six. Structural steel and reinforced concrete were mainly used as building materials . The roof is clad with terracotta. The three main entrances with portal arches are located on the facade facing King Street, above which a balcony runs around this side of the building.

Honolulu Hale was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 12, 1978 as a Contributing Property of the Hawaii Capital Historic District .
