The Hooper Glacier is a 5 km long glacier on Anvers Island in the Palmer Archipelago off the west coast of the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows from a mountain saddle north of Mount William into the west side of Börgen Bay .

The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out surveys in 1955. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1957 after Peter Ralph Hooper (* 1931), FIDS chief geologist at the Arthur Harbor research station in 1955 and 1956.
