Horrebow is a small impact crater in the northwest of the front of the moon between the whale plain of J. Herschel and the northern edge of Mare Frigoris . To the west is the small Robinson crater . The crater rim is only slightly eroded. The northeastern edge covers the almost equally large Horrebow A secondary crater .

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the Danish astronomer Peder Horrebow .
