The Gray Space

After the horror show was signed to Elefant Traks, the debut album The Gray Space was released , which was mainly characterized by the two's high school days. During this time horror show also met Spit Syndicate and Joyride and founded the One Day Crew. Elefant Trak co-founder Urthboy explained the signing as follows in a blog post that appeared in the run-up to the duo's third album:

When the horror show showed me The Gray Space it was clear to me that the two fans are into creating atmosphere. That they shouldn't keep "Walk You Home" on the album, but for the second album, was definitely the better decision, although I would have preferred it differently at the time.

The album was nominated for an ARIA Award . Horror shows played with the Albu, among other things, tours with The Herd , Muph & Plutonic and Hermitude .

Inside story

The second album followed in 2009 Inside Story . The album was praised by the band's fans for the eloquent lyrics and sensitive music. The album was named Feature Album by the Australian radio station Triple J and Album of the Week by FBi Radio and received very positive reviews in general.
