Horst Müller (lawyer)

Horst Müller (born May 29, 1896 in Halle an der Saale ; † March 8, 1975 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) was a German lawyer .

Life

After graduating as Dr. iur. at the University of Halle in 1926 and his habilitation in 1934 in Hamburg , he was from 1934 to 1936 private lecturer in civil law, Roman legal history and international private law at the University of Hamburg . He taught as a professor for civil law, civil procedural law and international private law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg (1950/1954 on hold , 1964 retired ).
