Horst von Allwörden

Horst Hermann von Allwörden (born May 12, 1964 ) is a German author of fantasy novels .

Life

Horst von Allwörden grew up in Kehdinger Land and completed an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade after school . As a teenager he found himself in fandom and from then on specialized in fantasy literature . Von Allwörden joined various literary clubs and action groups and over the years founded a number of fanzines , including the Zauberspiegel and the Zauberstern . According to his own statement, he was responsible for almost sixty fan magazines. He also worked as a reviewer and wrote his first booklets as an author.

He gained fame through his collaboration with the Tolkien expert Helmut W. Pesch , from which The Rings of Power and The Ring of Time emerged in cooperation.

Allwörden works full-time as a call center agent and lives in Stade .
