Naomi Hoshikawa ( Japanese 星 川 直 美 ; born June 3, 1969 in Yamagata Prefecture ) is a former Japanese cross-country skier .

Hoshikawa started internationally for the first time at the Winter Asian Games 1990 in Sapporo . There she won the silver medal in the 15 km freestyle and the gold medal with the relay. In 1991 she became the Japanese 30 km champion. At the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville , she finished 48th place over 5 km classic, 42nd place over 30 km freestyle and 15 km classic and 34th place in the pursuit. In addition, she won there together with Miwa Ota , Fumiko Aoki and Yumi Inomata the 12th place in the season. The following year she won silver with the relay and gold in the 15 km freestyle at the Winter Universiade in Zakopane .
