Hot potatoes
Hot Potatoes is authoring software that has been available as freeware since October 2009 .
The individual modules create JavaScript -based, interactive HTML pages that can be used to create learning materials. Hot Potatoes is available in Windows , Linux and Mac versions.

- JQuiz (free text input)
- JCloze (fill in the blank test )
- JCross ( crossword puzzle )
- JMix ( shaking phrase / word )
- JMatch (assignment or arrangement)
