The Houston Outlaws are an American professional Overwatch eSports team based in Houston , Texas , competing in the Inaugural Overwatch League (OWL) season . The Houston Outlaws are one of twelve founding members of the OWL and were the eighth franchise whose brands were officially revealed by Activision Blizzard . The team belongs to the American esports organization OpTic Gaming.
