Howard Flynn is a Franco-Belgian comic strip drawn in a realistic style by William Vance .

The adventures of the young British naval officer Howard Flynn first appeared in 1964 in the Belgian and French editions of Tintin and in the Dutch version Kuifje . Yves Duval not only wrote serial stories, but also short stories and illustrated short novels, some of which were also published in pocket-book format Tintin Sélection and Kuifje Pocket . Le Lombard began publishing albums in 1966 as part of the Une histoire du journal Tintin series . In 1981 Magic Strip combined these albums into one volume. The complete complete edition of Le Lombard followed in 2002 in the Tout Vance series , which was dedicated to the draftsman.

The German first publication came from the time of old Zack and the Zack Parade . In the series The Great Adventure Comics , Carlsen published two anthologies.
